2 Ingredient Coconut Lime Sorbet

Ingredients

1 15 oz container Cream of Coconut (found in the specialty drink section)
⅓ cup lime juice
¾ cup water

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the above ingredients until well blended.
Freeze according to ice cream maker's manufacturers instructions. Eat straight from the ice cream maker or freeze for a firmer consistency. Serves 4-6.
