If you have followed me for a while, you know I always love a good twist on a staple dish and today I have just that! For this recipe for Tot-chos {aka Tater Tot Nachos}, we are taking good a old nachos and swapping out the chips to tater tots! I know it is AWESOME!
My kids love nachos and tater tots so it was the perfect marriage of two family favs! Now, I kept this recipe pretty basic and used what my family likes. However, feel free to get creative and add or change the ingredients for what your family loves.
