School has been underway for a couple months now and hopefully you are in the swing of things.  However, meal time can still be tricky.  Especially when you have all kinds of places to be after the kids get home.  I have swim pratices, driving lessons, etc to get my kids to. I was recently asked by Teflon to try out their Technique non-stick pans. Then to share a video of my favorite back-to-school recipe using the pans.  Teflon and Back-to-School: the pans are coated with Teflon® nonstick coating or Teflon® fabric protector.  Check out my video below for how to make one of my favorite go-to quick dinner/snack recipes – quesadillas.
Teflon would also love to give a RMK reader a back-to-school kit including a 5-quart Jumbo Cooker with Teflon® nonstick coating and the Breakfasts and Brunches cookbook signed by the author. Just leave a comment on this post telling me what your go-to meal is when life is busy. You have until Tuesday Nov 6th at midnight (MST) to enter.
You also can have a change to win a 4 piece holiday bakeware package on Teflon’s Facebook page. However you only have until tonight by 11:59 PM EST to enter that one.

My go to meals for quick nights are spaghetti or grilled cheese & tomato soup.
my go to meal is pasta with sauce
I get out my bag of frozen hash browns and fry them up real quick and I always have some chicken nuggets in the freezer to pop in the oven
Grilled cheese or quesadillas are the quick-night meal. Or, even better, leftovers from the fridge!! 🙂
My go to meal is Hawaiian haystacks or Nachos.
My go-to meal is usually spaghetti since I usually have whole wheat pasta, and Ragu sauce, so then all I have to do is cook up some sausage and add it to the sauce and I have a meal in about 30 minutes!
My quick go to meal is breakfast for dinner, we have scrambled eggs & toast. Very fast!
crockpot taco soup! 🙂 thanks for the giveaway!! 🙂
This is probably horrible, but our easy, a million plans tonight, go-to meal is fried egg sandwiches. Or, if I happen to have and cooked chicken in the fridge, Caesar salad.
Spaghetti is my go to meal, keep some sauce frozen for busy night. Defrost during the day, get home, cook noodles/heat sauce, put a salad with it. Happy family, happy me!
Well my “go-to” is really really simple and my family LOVES it! Using my 12 or 14″ skilliet, I put one can of SAUERKRAUT, 2 cans of WHOLE POTATOES and a TURKEY OR CHICKEN KIELBASA, frozen.. right from the freezer. Cut the Kielbasa into 4″ chunks. Throw it all in the skilliet adding 1 can of water. Pepper to taster. Put the lid on.. WALK AWAY!! I bring it to a boil then turn down to simmer until the Kielbasa starts to split. LOVE LOVE LOVE this meal and SO simple!!!
Our go to meal is pasta & sauce on busy weeknights!
We seem to eat a lot of grilled cheese these days. It’s quick, easy and makes everyone happy.
that cooker would make my life so much easier! We go through phases for our go-to meals but it’s often burritos or spaghetti.
