Here is a great recipe for lunch or an easy dinner. I adapted from a recipe on Priscilla’s Baking Adventures.

I love tuna and this recipe for tangy tuna croissants included some ingredients that you don’t usually add to your tuna. And put it on a croissant and you can’t loose! This takes it a step up from the typical mayo and relish!

Here is what you need to make the

Tangy Tuna Croissants

  • TUNA
  • MAYONNAISE
  • KETCHUP
  • LEMON JUICE
  • RELISH
  • CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • CROISSANTS
  • LETTUCE LEAVES

Tangy Tuna Croissants


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cans (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp relish
  • 3/4 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 croissants, split
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, relish, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve on croissants with lettuce. Makes at least 4 servings (all depends on how much tuna you like on your sandwich).
