Here is a great recipe for lunch or an easy dinner. I adapted from a recipe on Priscilla’s Baking Adventures.
I love tuna and this recipe for tangy tuna croissants included some ingredients that you don’t usually add to your tuna. And put it on a croissant and you can’t loose! This takes it a step up from the typical mayo and relish!
Here is what you need to make the
Tangy Tuna Croissants
- TUNA
- MAYONNAISE
- KETCHUP
- LEMON JUICE
- RELISH
- CHEDDAR CHEESE
- WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- CROISSANTS
- LETTUCE LEAVES
Tangy Tuna Croissants
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cans (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp relish
- 3/4 cup cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 croissants, split
- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, relish, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve on croissants with lettuce. Makes at least 4 servings (all depends on how much tuna you like on your sandwich).

I think I may try making this, “lettuce wrap style”. We’re trying to eat a little healthier. I hope it tastes as good. Thanks!
