Only a couple days to St. Patrick’s Day and I have some fun ideas to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Wholly Guacamole. I have never been a fan of avocados on their own, but I absolutely love them when they are turned into guacamole.
I wish everyone in my family loved guacamole as much as I do. Since there is only a couple of us that like it, I usually don’t make it from scratch. This is why I love Wholly Guacamole. I love to keep the Wholly Guacamole minis on hand. They are the perfect amount for when me or my son would like some. I also love that I can store their guacamole in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Wholly Guacamole has some fun ways that you an also at a little green to your St. Patrick’s Day Meal.
I am most excited to try these Guacamole Deviled Eggs! This is also a good one to holed on to for Dr. Seuss day too. These look like tasty green eggs!
Or how about this Guacamole Potato Salad? Did you know you can swap mayo in a recipe for guacamole? This would also be great to do with chicken salad. I also like to use it in place of mayo on my burger.
You can even use guacamole to make that all-time kids favorite mac and cheese!
I even used guacamole to make a filling for chicken enchiladas before and the whole family loved them. You could use green enchilada sauce for these to make them green for St. Patricks Day!
And my family is always up for Guacamole in this seven layer dip.
I was also thrilled to recently find out that Wholly Guacamole has more that guacamole, they have salsas too! We sampled the roasted tomato and the avocado verde salsa. We loved both! The avocado verde was mild and the roasted tomato was spicier but not to spicy for my family to eat.
Wholly Guacamole would also love to send one lucky RMK reader a sampling of their products (including the salsa). To enter just see the rafflecopter widget below.
Disclosure: I was sent sample of Wholly Guacamole products.
