Oranges, grapefruit, and pomegranates are redily available at this time of year and work well together to make a simple winter fruit salad. This salad is especially perfect to seve for a Christmas breakfast or brunch. However, it is great to serve at anytime this year.
This salad has those sweet flavor oranges along with the tangy juice grapefruit. Then the pomegranates had their own unique sweet flavor and crunch. They all taste great together. They also look beautiful together too.
Cutting the grapfruit and oranges into segments is a key pat of this salad. If you need to know how to do this, you can check out the instructions I shared the other day for another post. I also have a tutorial on how to remove the arials from a pomegranate too!
