I don’t know what it is that makes a bowl of soup the perfect thing to have on days like these. So, I have a new soup recipe for you today. This one pot soup recipe is a heartier version of a tomato basil soup. It tastes like a delicious tomato basil soup with the addition of tortellini and chunks of carrots.

The other great thing about this soup recipe is that it is made in one pot. So, not only do you get a delicious bowl of soup but clean up is a cinch!
