Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs – The whole family loves these. The slow cooker aspect of the recipe is another bonus. I like to serve these slow cooker Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes but rice or noodles would do.
Baked Tacos – These baked taco are the perfect way to make crispy shelled tacos. You end up with a pan full of hot tacos ready for everyone to grab and eat. I love that the cheese gets all melty on them.
Asian Grilled Chicken – This chicken soaks in a marinade made of sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, cayenne pepper, curry powder, garlic, and ginger. Before you add the chicken you are going to set a little bit a side for later. You add the chicken to the mixture and let it soak for at least 4 hours. If you can let it marinade for all day, it’s even better.
Barbecue Ham Sandwiches – I think the secret to this sauce is the combination chili sauce and ground cloves. I have altered the recipe slightly from the original, because the sauce on the original was too runny for me.
