Here is your Menu Plan Monday – Week 20.
- Easy Pasta Soup – This recipe fits my goal for this year to “simplify” when possible. This easy pasta soup comes together quickly thanks to canned products. I even paired it with some freezer biscuits.
- Creamy Salisbury Steak – For a while, I was on the hunt for a good Salisbury Steak recipe. Salisbury steak has got to have a good gravy in order to make it good. I finally found THE recipe for salisbury steak over at one of my good bloggy friend’s sites.
- Honey Bourbon Crockpot Chicken – The crock pot makes it a cinch to put this dish together. You end up with deliciously tender chicken coated in a deliciously sweet and thick sauce. Just serve this honey bourbon crock pot chicken over cooked rice and you are all set.
- Easy Barbecue Pork Sandwiches – I liked this recipe because it combined barbecue sauce along with sweet and sour sauce. It also utilizes boneless country style pork ribs which are usually on sale often at the grocery store.
- Ravioli Casserole (not pictured) – The thing that is so great about this recipe it calls for frozen cheese ravioli. However, you can use any kind of ravioli you like. It can also be fresh instead of frozen if you prefer.
