Here is your Menu Plan Monday – Week 17. This week’s menu plan is a delightful mix of comforting classics and quick, flavorful options. Get ready to enjoy a week of mouthwatering dishes that will keep you satisfied and smiling.

  • Hot Taco Salad – This is a zesty and satisfying dish. It combines all the beloved flavors of tacos in a hearty salad form.  This recipe makes enough for 2 meals.  This way you can eat one now and freeze the rest for another night when you need a meal in a jiffy.
  • Creamy Chicken and Noodles – This brings ultimate comfort, with tender chicken and rich, velvety noodles. It creates a soothing and hearty meal. You can always use a rotisserie chicken to speed up the process with this one. 
  • Quick Pasta Carbonara – For a speedy yet indulgent choice, this is a creamy and flavorful pasta dish. It’s ready in a flash. My favorite part was the crispy bacon! Yum! I like to serve it with a tossed salad and my recipe for easy cheesy rolls.
  • Hearty Cheesy Potato Soup – This is the perfect warm embrace for a cozy evening. You’ll love the creamy, cheesy goodness and comforting potatoes.
  • 3 Envelope Roast – offers a delicious and convenient slow-cooked option with its tender, flavor-packed roast that’s sure to be a hit.

  2. Looks like a great week of meals! The soup may be a little out of the weather here since it’s summer, but the taco salad is definitely on my list.
