Meal Plan Monday – Week 16

Here is another meal plan for you all. It is another good line up with a breakfast for dinner recipe included! It’s Meal Plan Monday – Week 16.
- Easy Creamy Potato Soup –  One thing I have been trying to do this year is simplify when possible and this easy creamy potato soup {Slow Cooker} recipe today definitely fits the bill. Creamy potato soup is usually always a hit at my house and this recipe was equally loved.  You will love how simple this is.
- Weekend Breakfast Bake – This recipe only takes 5 ingredients and turns out so delicious. It also comes together quickly and would be easy to make for Christmas breakfast. The secret ingredient is a can of cream of mushroom soup.
- Indoor BBQ Chicken – This meal comes together quickly only taking around 25 minutes to make. It has plenty of saucy and would be perfect to serve over a bed of cooked rice. The sauce has the perfect bbq flavor too.Â
- Mom’s Rice Meatballs – My mom’s rice meatballs were a family favorite when I was growing up. Now it is a favorite of my family now.  These meatballs have rice mixed in them.  May sound strange but it is so good. Â
- Baked Rigatoni – This is basically like a white mac and cheese recipe with ham in it. You can use any pasta that you have on hand. Mini penne is what I used the first time I made this. I was straight out of mozzarella cheese, so I used a combination of mozzarella, provolone, asiago, and romano cheeses.
