Now today’s recipe for Hot Cinnamon Milk Mix (aka Snowman Milk) doesn’t necessary qualify as a hot chocolate/cocoa recipe.  However, it does involve hot milk so I figure it is close enough to include in my hot chocolate/cocoa week. It is also called snowman milk because it looks like a melted snowman.

This is a simple mix that gives you a nice cup of hot cinnamon/vanilla flavored milk. I found it a nice change from the usual cup of hot cocoa. It would also be a welcomed gift to anyone. Use it for Christmas or any other reason during the cold winter months. To me, it tastes like you are drinking a snickerdoodle cookie!

All you need to make it is some powdered milk, instant vanilla coffee creamer (powdered), sugar, and cinnamon. Just add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together. Store mix in a sealed air tight container. To prepare, just add 1/3 cup of mix in to a mug with 1 cup hot water and mix. It’s a nice little mix to keep around during the cold months.
