Are you interested in cooking healthier meals with easier cleanup for you and your family?  Who isn’t, right?   I know I am always up for anything that helps make meal time easier and healthier.  Cookware with Teflon® nonstick coating like in my Farberware Skillet Giveaway eliminates the need for fats and oils when cooking!

The American Heart Association and the National Stroke Association recommends the use of nonstick cookware as part of a heart-healthy diet because it allows for cooking with little or no fats. And as a bonus, nonstick cookware means easier cleanup and less time doing the dishes!  Even better!

I have a Farberware Restaurant Pro 12-Inch Open Skillet to giveaway to a lucky RMK reader as our way of promoting Heart Health this month.

The Farberware Restaurant Pro 12-Inch Open Skillet is:

  • Durable Teflon Platinum nonstick interior for added scratch resistance, easy cleanup and quick food release
  • NSF Certified, guaranteeing the highest construction and performance standards
  • Restaurant-styled cookware for fast, even heating
  • Nonslip silicone handle Oven safe to 400°F

To enter this Farberware Skillet giveaway, leave a comment on this post telling me what you would cook in this nonstick skillet if you were the winner.  You have until Sunday Mar. 11 at midnight (MST) to enter.

Here are some recipes that would be perfect to make in this skillet:

Disclosure: I was also given a Farberware Restaurant Pro 12-Inch Open Skillet.
