  1. As the single Dad of a 2 yr old, just about EVERYTHING! It would make cleaning up so much quicker, easier, and would allow me more time to spend with my daughter. Eggs and pancakes in the morning are her Favorite things to eat at the moment, and this would be a great addition to the household….

  21. I’d cook all sorts of things but right now the thing that comes to mind is quesadillas. I’d especially love this since my DH threw mine away last night. I have some saute type pans so I can still make casseroles, scrambled eggs, etc. but none with a flat enough bottom to make quesadillas.

  24. Oh my goodness, I would cook EVERYTHING. I have a lovely set of crappy pots and pans right now, and I can live with that as long as I have a nice skillet.

  25. I would make omelette with mushrooms, spinach, onions, and cheese! Or I would make fluffy pancakes with a dash of vanilla, cinnamon, flaked coconut, and butterscotch or white chocolate chips.

  28. I would definitely use it for omelets and pancakes. These always seem to stick to pans whenever I cook. A new pan would delight me!!

  31. Breakfast seems to be the most difficult for me when it comes to my food sticking to my “non-stick” pans. Eggs are obvious… but even worse than eggs for me are my HASH BROWNS! I would love a new skillet where the non-stick actually works so I can lower the amount of oil!

  36. MMMM! I’d make Pork empanizado! (Basically, thin pork cube steaks, coated in flour and cuban spices and fried) Delish! And the pan would make it healty (no oil!)

  37. I would make skillet tacos. My son had been dx with food allergies and cannot eat the ingredients in taco seasoning sI I have been making my own taco meat for awhile. Skillet tacos with beans and corn chips!
