Garlic bread you can make with an easy garlic spread is a frequent side used with Italian meals. My family loves it and it’s a side that I use often.

My go to version was the recipe I have for herbed garlic bread. It’s fabulous and the family loves it, but I recently have been using this recipe that I am sharing with you today. You only need  4 ingredients to make it and I always have those ingredients on hand.

I actually like to make a big batch of it and then I place it into little jars and freeze it. Then when I want to have garlic bread with our dinner, I just grab a jar of it from the freezer in the morning and set it on the counter. By dinner time, it is thawed and all ready to use for garlic bread.

Now, you can cook your garlic bread how ever you like, buy my family doesn’t like the bread to get a crunchy crust so I wrap the bread in foil to keep it soft. Then I bake it at 350 for 10 minutes and it’s ready to go.

Notes

My preferred method for using this to make garlic bread is - I slice my French bread into slices and spread one side of each slice with butter, still keeping the loaf together. The wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
