Cheddar Garlic and Green Onion Biscuits
These simple drop biscuits are a great addition to any meal. Â Bisquick helps make the process of putting these Cheddar, Garlic and Green Onion Biscuits together fast. Plus, it’s a delectable twist on a classic. You use 7-Up in place of water to make them extra moist and tender. Â These babies are little morsels of tender goodness!
To make these cheddar garlic and green onion biscuits combine the biscuit mix, 7-Up, cheddar cheese, and green onion in a bowl until it forms a soft sticky dough. Do not over mix. The green onion brings a delightful freshness to the biscuits.
Drop this savory dough by the spoonful onto the lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until biscuits start to brown. While biscuits bake, combine the melted butter, garlic, and salt together. After you remove the biscuits from the oven, brush them with the garlic butter.
The result is a batch of savory, aromatic biscuits with the perfect blend of cheese, garlic, and green onion. They pair wonderfully with a bowl of soup or simply as a delightful snack.
