At last, the best way to end 2017 is with desserts! Of course, one of them had to be chocolate! The others happen to be two other flavors that I love – lemon and pina colada!

Pina Colada Pie – This pina colada pie recipe is pretty spectacular if I do say so myself. One bite and you will think you have died and gone to pina colada heaven.
Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Brownies – All you need is a brownie mix plus the ingredients to make it along with a couple other items, hot water and chocolate syrup. You end up with a decadent chocolate dessert.
Lemon Layered Dessert –  This lemon layered dessert from my childhood. My mom would make this often for family gatherings. I know I have seen this also called lemon lush or lemon lasagna. Whatever you call it, it’s easy to make and so delicious!
