Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa

Today’s quick appetizer is one that gets cooked in a slow cooker with only 5 ingredients. As chandler Bing from Friends would say “Could these slow cooker apple Kielbasa BE any easier”? You can make this with 6 ingredients if you like. The addition of a little cinnamon is nice, but isn’t necessary. I love the combination of apples and sausage together. They pair well.
These ear as easy as mixing together some applesauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and optional cinnamon together in your slow cooker. Add in the Kielbasa slices and stir to coat. Then just let them sit in the slow cooker on low for about 4 hours. That’s it!

If you forget to plan ahead or just want to have them ready more quickly, you can add al if it to a skillet instead of the slow cooker. Just give it about 15 minutes of simmering and you should be good to go.
You can serve the slow cooker apple kielbasa with a toothpick or small cocktail forks like in the picture. However, they are quite tasty served with pretzel sticks. Then they are completely edible.
