3 Easy Dipping Sauces

by Laura

Happy 4th of July everyone! I hope you have a wonderful day full of good food! Today, I have 3 easy dipping sauces that you can serve with the chicken strip recipe I shared with you all yesterday.

Sure you can just buy prepared sauces from the store, but sometimes it is fun to make your own.  These 3 easy dipping sauces were all delish but I think my fave was the Honey Mustard sauce. If you can measure and stir, then you can totally make these sauces.

First up is the honey mustard sauce. This is made by mixing together some mayo, honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, cider vinegar, and some dried tarragon. That dried tarragon is a nice addition from your regular honey mustard sauce.

Next is a smoky bbq sauce. For this you will combine ketchup with some Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, garlic powder, pepper, and liquid smoke. That liquid smoke is key to giving you that smoky element to this sauce.

Last is a classic ranch dip. For this you will need some sour cream, mayo, buttermilk along with some garlic, lemon juice, salt, sugar, dill, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Once you have these sauces mixed up you just need to give them 30 minutes in the refrigerator before you use them.
