Today’s quick and easy appetizer is a roasted red pepper dip to serve with your raw veggies. It is a great addition to your usual veggie tray. Â I love the light and fresh flavor of the dip. I also love the color of this dip.
It’s so simple to make! Just add some jarred roasted red peppers to a food processor. Add in some sour cream, salt, seasoned salt, lemon juice, pepper, and dried minced onion. Process until smooth. That’s it! Just give it at least one hour to sit in the fridge before serving to allow those flavors to develop.

There are also so many fun ways you can arrange the raw veggies with the roasted red pepper dip on a platter. Make them fun and festive too, like in a shape of a Christmas Tree or Wreath ideas that I have shared with you all before. Plus, the veggie tray is where we really ought to get most of our meal from if you want to have a healthy holiday.
