In a large bowl, mix together the wheat flour, regular rolled oats, wheat germ, chopped nuts, raisins, coconut, sunflower seeds, and sesame or flax seeds.
In a small bowl, mix together the vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, olive oil, and honey.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture in the large bowl and stir until coated. Spread onto large baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 5-8 minutes or so while baking. Cool completely, then store in an air tight container. Serve with milk yogurt, eat as a trail mix, etc. If you don't eat it all within a week, store it in the fridge. Makes 10 cups.
