Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix, whipped topping, and milk. Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Once combined, transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
Thread the prepared fruit pieces onto wooden skewers, alternating the different fruits to create colorful and appealing combinations. Arrange the finished fruit skewers on a serving platter. Place the pistachio dip in the center for easy dipping. Sprinkle chipped pistachios or sprinkles ove the dip.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy. If you have any leftovers, store the fruit skewers and dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve again. Serves 12.
