Add the salsa, black beans, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth in slow cooker. Stir to combine. Nestle chicken into the slow cooker so that it’s completely covered by the liquid and other ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken and shred or cut into bite-size pieces. Stir chicken back into the soup.

For a freezer meal - add everything EXCEPT the broth into a gallon-sized freezer bag and freeze standing up. When ready to cook, run some cold water over the bag to loosen it from the ingredients. Add the contents from the freezer bag to the slow cooker. Add in the chicken broth. Cook for 6-7 hours and proceed as instructed above to finish.
