Instructions
In a sauce pan, add all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Be sure to stand back from the sauce pan, the fumes from the boiling jalapenos can burn you nose and eyes.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and pour into a glass jar with a lid. Place in the fridge and store for up to 2 weeks.
