In a bowl, stir together brownie mix, water, eggs, and oil until blended.  Divide brownie batter into a 12 count muffin tin that have been greased or lined with paper liners.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in to the brownie comes out almost clean.  Allow brownies to cool and remove from pan.  If using liners, remove liners from brownies.

Frost brownie tops with chocolate frosting.  Place two pieces of Golden Grahams in each brownie creating the cat's ears.  The use Trix cereal to make the cat's eyes.  Break pretzel sticks in half and use to make the cat's whiskers.  Then use the red decorating gel to create the cat's nose and mouth.
