Savory Slow Cooker Turkey Breast is a tender and flavorful recipe that’s perfect for an effortless holiday meal or weeknight dinner. Seasoned with herbs and spices, the turkey breast slow cooks to juicy perfection, creating a rich, aromatic dish with minimal prep. Paired with its own natural juices or your favorite sides, this recipe guarantees a satisfying and stress-free dining experience!
Spray a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the turkey in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine the onion soup mix with the water and spread over the turkey breast.
In another bowl mix all the remaining ingredients together. Sprinkle over the turkey breast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 165 degrees.
Remove the turkey from the slow cooker. Use juices in slow cooker, if desired, to make gravy.
Use a slurry of cornstarch or flour to thicken. I am partial to the flour but cornstarch is great if you need a gluten free option. Slice turkey and serve with the gravy.
