Santa Fe Lime Rice

uncooked long grain white rice of calrose rice

chicken broth

Instructions
For rice cooker, combine all ingredients in the rice cooker, Cover and turn on. It's that simple.
For the stove top, combine the rice, broth, and salt in a large saucepan and cook over medium high heat. Bring to a boil.
Decrease the heat to a simmer and add the remaining ingredients. Stir, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until the rice is tender.
