These pizza salad wraps are a fun and easy meal that combines warm pizza flavors with crisp Caesar salad in one delicious wrap. Made with tortillas, pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and fresh romaine, they are perfect for quick lunches or simple summer dinners. They are lighter than traditional pizza but still full of the flavors everyone loves.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Place tortillas on the sheet and spread pizza sauce over each. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Bake 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly golden.
While pizzas bake, add romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese to a bowl. Toss until lettuce is well-coated.
Remove pizzas from the oven. Divide the dressed salad between the 4 pizzas in the center of the tortilla. Roll the wrap up tightly like a burrito. Slice each in half and enjoy with extra pizza sauce or Caesar dressing for dipping if you like.
