Pink Lemonade and Key Lime Pie Cookie Bars

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease or line a 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and zest (plus extract for pink lemonade version) until well combined.
Press dough evenly into the prepared 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
Pour packet of flavor mix into the can of Duncan Hines frosting creations frosting starter.
Spread or pipe the frosting over the cooled bars. Cut into bars and sprinkle with sprinkles or toasted coconut if desired. Makes 18-24 bars.
Notes
A white cake mix along with 1/2 tsp coconut extract can be used in place of the coconut cake mix.
