This easy lemon dill chicken marinade is bright, fresh, and perfect for summer grilling. Made with olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and a touch of honey, it adds plenty of flavor while keeping it simple. It is a great recipe for an easy dinner and also works well for salads, wraps, and meal prep.
4boneless skinless chicken breasts or equal amount of chicken tenders
Instructions
In a gallon-sized freezer bag, add all of the ingredients except the chicken. Whisk everything together.
Add in the chicken, remove as much air as possible, and seal the bag. Knead the chicken in the bag to coat it in the marinade.
If using right after making, place in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours or up to 12 hours. The longer the better for flavor. Discard the marinade and grill the chicken until fully cooked. Serves 4.
