Lemon Brownies

Ingredients

butter softened

zest from half a lemon

Glaze:
½
cup
powdered sugar

lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Beat in butter until blended.
Add in eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat until combined.
Spread batter into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool and then spread with glaze.
To make glaze, combine powdered sugar and juice together until well blended. Spread over cooled brownies. Makes 9 brownies.
