2cupssmall pasta shellscooked according to pkg directions
¾cupbell pepperchopped - I used yellow, but green, red or orange works too
¾cuptomatochopped
½cuppepperonicubed
½cuphard salamicubed
½cupblack olivesquartered
2ozprovolone cheesecubed
⅓cuponionfinely chopped
⅓cupcanola oil
¼cupred wine vinegar
2Tbspsugar
1 ½tspsalt
1 ½tsporegano
pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bell pepper, tomato, pepperoni, salami, olives, cheese, and onion.
In another bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, oregano, and pepper. Pour over the pasta mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 10.
