1lbground beef
1Tbsptomato paste
1(15 oz) can tomato sauce
1(15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 ½cupchicken broth
2cupselbow pasta
1tsppaprika
1tspItalian seasoning
½tspsalt
1TbspWorcestershire sauce
2cupscheddar cheeseshredded
Instructions
Turn your Instant Pot on to SAUTE mode. Add in the chopped onion and ground beef. Break up the beef and cook until fully cooked. Remove any excess grease. Add the tomato paste and stir.
Turn off SAUTE mode. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir together.
Add the elbow noodles and press down to ensure the noodles are covered in liquid.
Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and cook on HIGH for 7 minutes. Once the cooking is complete, do a Quick Release and remove the lid from the Instant Pot. Stir together.
Add in the shredded cheddar and stir together until fully melted. Serves 6.
