Place the diced baguette pieces on a large baking sheet and drizzle with the oil.
Use you hands to toss the pieces in the oil and get them all well coated.
Then sprinkle with desired about of salt. I use at least 1 tsp.
Place in a 200 degree oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Notes
I just buy the garlic infused olive oil from the store but you can make your own. Heat the 1/4 cup oil in a small sauce pan over low heat. Once the oil is warm add 2 whole cloves of garlic that have but crushed but not chopped. You want the whole so you can remove them later. Allow to sit in the warm oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and remove the garlic cloves. Now your oil is ready to use.
