In a deep skillet, brown the ground beef along with the onion until the beef is fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease. Add in the garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Add in the marinara sauce, beef broth, and pasta. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Add in the cream and cheese and mix together. Turn off the heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir together again until well combined and serve.
