9ozramen noodles( three 3 oz pkgs ramen noodles - discard the seasoning packet)
2tspsesame oil
4garlic clovesminced
1lbground beef
3green onionsthinly sliced
¼cupsoy sauce
1Tbspbrown sugar
1Tbspginger paste
Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles without the seasoning pkg according to the package directions. Drain the ramen noodles in a strainer but do not rinse them.
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown the beef with the sesame oil until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease from the pan. Add in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add in the green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
Stir the ramen noodles into the ground beef mixture until combined. Serve!
