½cupbutter
1tspgarlic powder
¼tsponion powder
½tspdried parsley
2cupsmozzarella cheese
8hot dog buns
8all beef hot dogs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, blend the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley until well combined.
Open each hot dog bun and spread the inside of the buns with the garlic butter and arrange on a baking sheet (you will need some garlic butter for the hot dogs). Then sprinkle some of the cheese over each of the buns.
Place the hot dogs on another baking sheet and score each one with 3-4 slices. Brush the hot dogs with the remaining garlic butter.
Place the buns and hot dogs in the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. If you want the buns a little more toasted, you can place then under the broiler for a minute or two.
Place hot dogs in the prepared buns and serve. Seves 8.
