In a bowl combine the onion, cilatro, lime juice, and salt. Stir together and set aside.
In a skillet, add the Steak-umm and cook until about half way cooked. Add in the cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Continue cooking until fully cooked.
Once cooked, serve in totillas. Sprinkle with cotija cheese followed by some of the onion cilantro salsa.
