These Peanut Butter Blondies are soft, chewy, and packed with rich peanut butter flavor, chocolate chips, and colorful Reese’s Pieces. They are easy to make in one pan and are especially fun for Halloween thanks to the orange, yellow, and brown candy colors. Serve them for parties, potlucks, or anytime you want an easy peanut butter and chocolate dessert.
Spray a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and peanut butter. When almost melted, stir together until smooth.
Add the brown sugar and whisk into the peanut butter mixture. Then whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract until combined
Then fold in the flour and salt into the mixture. Stop mixing when you no longer see streaks or lumps of flour.
Fold in the Reese's Pieces and chocolate chips.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until the top looks set and an inserted toothpick comes out clean or with a few crumbs.
Cool the bars in the pan. Cut into bars and serve.
