Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Artichoke Dip

14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½
cup
drained and chopped roasted red peppers

cup
light mayonnaise
1
cup
grated parmesan cheese
½
cup
shredded mozzarella
1
clove
garlic
finely minced
vegetables
crackers, or baguette slices to serve dip with
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine all of the above ingredients until well blended.
Place in a 1 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated. Serve with favorite dippers. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
