These Turkey Cranberry Roll-Ups combine soft tortillas with a creamy cranberry and cream cheese spread, layered with deli turkey, Swiss cheese, fresh tomatoes, and crisp lettuce. They’re rolled tightly, chilled, and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels—perfect for appetizers, lunchbox favorites, or party platters. With festive flavor and easy prep, they’re a crowd-pleasing snack that’s as versatile as it is delicious.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and cranberry suce until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
Place 4 slices of cheese over the top of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla, covering as much of the area as you can.
Place the turkey over the top of the cheese. Then lay a row of tomato slices, followed by a lettuce leaf, in a line down the middle of each tortilla.
Starting at one end of the tortilla parallel to the line of lettuce and tomato, roll tightly into a log shape.
Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until ready to serve. This helps them firm up and makes slicing easier.
Remove plastic wrap and slice into 1" slices and serve immediately.
