1pkg (6.2 oz) fast cooking long grain and wild rice mix
4cupsmilk
1can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
8ozof Velveetacubed
½lbbaconcooked and crumbled
diced green onion
Instructions
In a large sauce pan, cook rice according to package directions.
Add the milk, soup, and Velveeta to the mixture, cook and stir until the cheese has melted and everything is heated through. If you need to thicken the soup, mix a Tbsp of cornstarch with 2 Tbsp of water. Mix into the soup and cook a little longer to thicken.
To serve, top with crumbled bacon and diced green onion. Serves 6.
