1pkg of au jusprepared according to pkg directions and kept warm
¼cupbutter
2clovesminced garlic
4ciabatta rolls
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1poundthinly sliced deli roast beef
Instructions
In a small sauce pan, melt butter and add in the garlic. Cook the garlic in the melted butter for 1 minute.
Split the ciabatta rolls open and place on a baking sheet. Brush the inside of each half with the garlic butter. Then sprinkle with cheese. Broil for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Add the roast beef to the prepared au jus.
Using tongs, place the beef on the rolls and serve with remaining au jus for dipping. Serves 4.
