In a bowl, stir together brownie mix, water, eggs, and oil until blended.  Mix in 1/2 cup of marshmallows from the Boo Berry Cereal.

Spoon brownie batter into mini muffin tins that have been greased or lined with paper liners.  Fill mini muffin tins half way with brownie batter.  You will get about 32 mini brownie bites.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in to the brownie comes out almost clean.  Allow brownies to cool and remove from pan.  If using liners, remove liners from brownies.

Fill a 1 quart freezer bag with fluffy white frosting.  Cut a small portion off the corner of the freezer bag with scissors.  Then pipe frosting on brownie bites using the freezer bag.

Sprinkle brownie bites with orange sprinkles if desired.  Place a piece of Boo Berry Cereal in the center of each brownie bite just before serving.
