In a bowl, mix together the saucee ingredients and place in the fridge until serving time.
To makae the tacos, divide beef into eight portions and roll into balls.
Place ball of beef onto each of the tortillas. Press down to flatten the beef into the shape and about the same size of the tortilla. Sprinkle the beef with some burger seasoning.
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place one to three tortillas (depending on your size of your pan) beef side down in skillet or griddle.
Let them cook for a minute or so until browned and crispy and then flip. Cook the other side the beef is cooked and the tortilla is crispy. Top with a slice of American cheese and allow to melt. Remove from heat. Top each tacos with a few hambuger chips, shredded lettuce, and drizzle of sauce. Serves 4.
