Better Than The Box Fudge Brownie Mix (Individual Batch)

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. Then mix in the chocolate chips. Store in an airtight conatiner for up to 6 months.
  • When ready to make the mix, use the directions in the notes to prepare.

Notes

To make add: 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup vegetable oil, and ¼ cup water. Pour brownie batter into greased light-colored metal aluminum pan, and bake at 325°F according to pan size below:
- 9x9": for 32-36 minutes
- 9x13": for 20-24 minutes
- Note: Glass pans will take longer to bake
