2 cups cottage cheese
3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-O raspberry or cherry works too
8 oz Cool Whip
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups fresh strawberries washed & sliced
¾ cup blackberries washed
¾ cup raspberries washed
¾ cup blueberries washed

Instructions

In a bowl, add cool whip and dry Jello mix. Mix until well blended.
Then add the cottage cheese; mix well. If you like really soft marshmallows add them at this point, if you like more firm marshmallows, mix in just before serving (I like mine soft).
Fold in all of the fruit.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with extra berries if desired.
