In a bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Rub the pork roast with the spice mixture. Place roast in the slow cook and drizzle about 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce over the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4-5 hours).
Once cooked, shred roast and discard any fatty parts. Add in 1 cup or so of the barbecue sauce and mix. Add more sauce if needed to make the desired consistency.
To make the aioli, add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Toast the slider buns in the oven at 375 for a few minutes until crispy.
Assemble sliders by adding the pork on the bun and topping with a dollop of aioli. Makes 12-14 sliders.
