Barbecue Chicken Flautas

- 4 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded
- ½ cup bbq sauce
- ½ cup pineapple tidbits well drained and diced
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 18-20 flour tortillas fajita sized
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with all the other ingredients except the tortillas until everything is combined.
- Fill each tortilla with some of the filling and roll up. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush eash of the flautas with canola oil.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 7 minutes. Turn the flautas over so they are seam side up and bake for 7 more minutes. Seves 6.
