When I look at a Nabisco Triscuit, I see more than just a cracker. I see a blank canvas with endless possibilities! A Triscuit cracker is just a great base to top with just about any combination of ingredients you have in your refrigerator, like Turkey and Pesto Triscuit Bites.

Recently, I shared with you how once I got a panini maker, my family absolutely loves to make paninis all the time now. So their go to panini includes provolone cheese, turkey, and pesto so I always have these items on had.

Well the other day, I wanted a quick snack and decided to “Triscuitize” our go to panini into a quick and easy snack. I took 2 Triscuit crackers and topped them with a little provolone cheese. Then I placed them in the microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese. Next I topped each Triscuit with a little turkey and pesto! Viola! The results were quick Turkey and Pesto Triscuit Bites snack that taste amazing!

You could easily use this same idea when entertaining and make a whole tray of these to serve as a appetizer at your next dinner party.

If you could top a Triscuit cracker with just 3 ingredients, what would you do? Turn it into your favorite pepperoni pizza with a little mozzarella, marinara, and pepperoni? I love to use Triscuit crackers for nachos too! Top them with a little refried beans, cheese, and salsa! Delish! Triscuit crackers really are just a starting point for endless creations. Leave a comment on this post telling me your creation! I can’t wait to hear what you come up with! Also, check out Triscuit crackers on Pinterest, Instagram, or Twitter.
