Raspberry Butter

If I am ever in the area of Logan of Utah, I absolutely have to eat at Maddox Restaurant located in Brigham City. They have some good down home cookin’ there. I personally love their turkey steaks. Being the bread lover that I am, I absolutely love their rolls and raspberry butter too. So if anyone out there has I similar recipe for the rolls, I’d love to have it. I have looked and tried, but can’t find anything close to their roll recipe. I will not give up my quest!
Now on to the other delicious things that they serve with their rolls, the raspberry butter. I have made my own version of it and it’s so simple. All you need is some butter and some seedless raspberry jam. I use the Smucker’s brand. It’s a nice addition to any roll or scone. Sure you could add each of them to a roll separately, however, it is not the same. Include this as an option anytime you are serving up homemade rolls. Now, you could use raspberry jam with seeds in it. However, the seedless version is what makes it like the butter at Maddox. It looks prettier too.

Here is what you need to make the
